Analyst 1, Fraud (Bilingual Spanish/English)

JOB #240432- Fraud Analyst 1 (Bilingual Spanish/English) * Perform in-depth account investigation and analysis quickly and efficiently. * Effectively analyze, compile, organize and interpret data from multiple * investigation resources. * Must meet department benchmarks, goals, and objectives which change can change monthly depending on business needs. * Form well-founded conclusions and pursue investigation closure according to established department and legal practices. * Perform multi-layered link analysis of all fraudulent accounts and trends. * Identify and adapt to changing trends on a daily basis. * Manage information of a proprietary and confidential nature, belonging to both customers and the corporation, adhering to both company and general legal guidelines. * Handle high inbound call volume by assisting internal and external groups including fraud victims, customer care, financial care, sales office dealers, business and consumer credit, and activations. * Process and complete all specialized reports and projects, as assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS: * Proficiency in PC utilization on a Windows platform. * Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and Access is required. * Advanced analytical and multi-tasking skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to clearly explain complex issues and circumstances to laypersons, law enforcement and other applicable agencies. * Critical focus on detail-oriented workflow and investigation process. * Ability to manage workload using effective prioritization and time management. * Ability to operate in a high-stress, accelerated pace environment while maintaining ability to shift priorities, as needed, in response to business demands. * Capable of working towards team as well as individual metrics. * Ability to learn new work processes and procedures. * Willingness to work non-standard hours including: Evenings, nights, holidays and weekends. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * Minimum 1 year experience in the wireless industry. * College degree or equivalent work experience. * Prior experience in fraud investigation or closely related field preferred. * Bi-Lingual Spanish speakers - shift differential would be paid for this skill.
