Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of the Project Manager - Facilities Engineering is to direct and coordinate internal and external resources to prepare facility plans for the long term growth of each of the TevaA USA sites as required. This person will also prepare capital budgets, write and circulate CER documents, design plant facilities, manage construction activities, and maintain budget compliance. They will manage construction and equipment installation projects from conception to completion including the environmental compliance, validation (IQ and OQ), and commissioning activities handled by TEVA personnel from other departments in charge of those areas.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities - % of time:
1. Directs and coordinates facility design and construction activities for all spaces and manages projects from concept to completion -55%
2. Provides direction and guidance to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations, and company policies and procedures - 5%
3. Prepares, recommends and exerts influence on the approved facilities strategic and annual capital plans so they meet the company's long and short term growth needs -10%
4. Accomplishes results through supervision and direction of staff in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws - 10%
5. Plans and directs solutions to complex facility related projects. Communicates frequently with peers, subordinates, internal and external customers concerning projects, problems and contractual obligations - 5%
6. Interfaces with federal, state, and local regulatory authorities to manage projects requiring regulatory approval including the FDA, EPA, DEP, L&I, Township and Local Authorities, and others - 5%
7. Develops and maintains the department expense and personnel budget - 5%

2. Outstanding customer service ratings from all internal customers, and the development of solid relationships with contractors and other service providers so that we can regularly meet tight project time frames.

4. Compliance with regulatory agencies is maintained while new buildings, equipment and systems are put into operation.
5. Equipment purchases are optimized by using TEVA's global reach whenever possible.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical/engineering field coupled with 10 years of related experience or six years supervision and project management experience preferred.
They should possess knowledge of or working experience in the following positions: Special Projects Technician/ Manager; IT Infrastructure, Certified Project Management
Certified Project Management, GMP certification
Project management, mathematical skills, and mechanical inclination. Candidates must be able to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
