Exclusive Scholarships Totaling $810,000 for Hispanic students

United States UniversityUnited States University recently announced a new scholarship program exclusively for Hispanic students nationwide, totaling $810,000 for up to 200 scholarships. Through the Rudolf I. Estrada Hispanic Scholarship Programs, students can be awarded up to $7,500 for online Bachelor Degree Programs in Management, Nursing (BSN), Health Science and General Studies, or up to $4,050 toward online Master Degree Programs in Business Administration, Nursing Administration or Nursing Education.

National education leaders recognize top programs at increasing degree completion among Latinos

Excelencia In EducationWASHINGTON – U.S. Under Secretary of Education Martha J. Kanter and Jon Whitmore, CEO of ACT, joined Excelencia in Education at the U.S. Capitol here today to announce the 2011 Examples of Excelencia, top programs that increase degree completion among Latinos at the associate, bachelor, and graduate level.

The Top 50 Schools for Entrepreneurship Programs

The Princeton ReviewNEW YORK (SEPTEMBER 20, 2011) – The Princeton Review and Entrepreneur magazine announced today the results of their ninth annual survey that ranks the top 25 undergraduate and top 25 graduate entrepreneurship programs in the nation. From the more than 2,000 programs reviewed, the number one school in the undergraduate category is the University of Houston, for the 2nd consecutive year, while Babson College retained its number one ranking in the graduate category for the 3rd year.
